About

Elizabeth is a music and fashion stylist, costume designer, art director, and retail curator who recently moved to Tyler, Texas after 11 years in the fashion industry in NYC. Raised a pageant queen and competitive dancer from Athens, Georgia via Panama City, Florida, Elizabeth's style is most inspired by her heavily rhinestoned, southern roots. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in in 2011, she co-founded Daisy & Elizabeth, a lingerie and swimwear company with partner Daisy Hartmann. Through running her collaborative label she has experience in everything from design, to pattern and sample making, branding, social media marketing, graphic design, production and styling.

Elizabeth, with Daisy, curated and operated a pop-up shop and online western inspired boutique, Wild West. Wild West, was a space curated to include female designers and makers with a contemporary western style from all over the world. When she moved to Texas she wanted to recreate a similar community among the female makers in Dallas. Starting with a monthly pop-up at The Rustic Dallas, the market has now become a unique addition to any special event.

Through Daisy & Elizabeth and Wild West, Elizabeth also developed a passion for wardrobe styling and creating one of a kind pieces for the artist’s music and style that inspired those brands. It is her mission to collaborate and work with each artist to create one of a kind, timeless looks that help tell the story of their vision and music.

Most recently, with her husband, Paul Cauthen, Elizabeth has opened a retail space, atelier and listening room, House of Velvet Rose in Downtown Tyler, Texas. Their mission being to bring a fresh new art, fashion and music scene to Paul’s hometown in the heart of East Texas.

Some of her artist clients include, Kacey Musgraves, Margo Price, Paul Cauthen, Leah Blevins, Anna Rose, Sam Outlaw, Jenna Paulette, Lera Lynn, Jade Jackson, Fiona Silver, & Kelsy Karter.

She has also worked with Stetson, Frye Boot Company, & Neiman Marcus.
